Data controller

This notice is prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) by ECU Exclusive (İlbade Mahallesi 127/1 Sokak No:6/1, Merkezefendi / Denizli, info@ecuexclusive.com) as the data controller.

Personal data we process

Through the forms on this site (quote, appointment, contact, dealership) we process the name, phone, email, city, vehicle information and message you share; for site security we also process a one-way hash of your IP address and browser information.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to respond to your request, run the quote and appointment process, evaluate dealership applications and keep the site secure, based on the legal grounds of necessity for establishing a contract and legitimate interest under KVKK Art. 5/2. Analytics cookies are used only if you consent.

Transfers

Depending on your request, your data may be shared on a limited basis with the relevant dealer or with infrastructure providers (hosting, email). No data is transferred abroad; if you accept analytics cookies, data may be shared with Google (Tag Manager / Analytics).

Retention

Request data is kept after the matter is completed only as long as legal periods and legitimate interest require, and is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, request correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation for damages. Send your requests to info@ecuexclusive.com.
